At Tiradia, we offer free shipping to the US, always. We ship as directed upon your checkout options. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Please reach out to tiradiacork@gmail.com with any questions pertaining to your order, such as address changes, late or undeliverable packages.
Shipping Lead Time: Same or next-day shipment
Delivery Time: From 4 to 10 days, depending on destination
Please note that due to the environmental impact of shipping, when in doubt please email us with any questions about our products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tiradia.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You have 7 days to return the item once the return shipping label has been issued to your email.
Your payment method will be refunded when the return has been settled and inspected, typically 1-3 business days after the return has been delivered.
Please note that a $10 shipping fee will apply to all returns, the value of your refund will reflect the $10 shipping fee.
