Our orders ship directly from our artisans to you with plastic-free or minimal plastic packaging. Each partner's shopping and return policies are mentioned on their profile page. We would recommend contacting them directly.

Duties and Taxes
As the buyer, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on purchases.
USA
If the seller is located in the USA or Canada, the buyers from the USA do not pay import duties.
CANADA
The Canadian buyers buying from sellers in the USA, will have to pay import duties on products valued more than CDN$25.
INTERNATIONAL
International buyers will have to pay import duties.
